In the run up to the Council meeting of Employment and Social Affairs Ministers (EPSCO) in Brussels tomorrow, Minister for Social Protection Joan Burton TD, spoke to eu2013.ie about the Youth Guarantee.
Ahead of the Council meeting Minister Burton said: "My focus will be on the delivery of the Youth Guarantee."
